Aninara uses YouTube API Services to display video content and creator channel information. By using Aninara, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

All video titles, artwork, animation media, audio tracks, and channel assets belong entirely and exclusively to their respective animators and studios. Aninara does not claim ownership, re-host video files, or alter embedded video player streams.

2. Grant of License

Aninara grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and stream featured animation media for personal entertainment.

You agree not to modify, scrape, extract, or attempt to download video stream files from Aninara, or circumvent YouTube embedded player controls.

3. Direct Creator Support

Aninara is operated with zero platform fees, subscription charges, or paywalls for viewers. All video views, watch time, and ad support remain fully credited to the original animators on YouTube.

4. Google Account Sign-In

Google Sign-In within Aninara is used to manage your login session and enable 1-click channel subscriptions on YouTube. You maintain full responsibility for managing your Google account permissions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ANINARA IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE AVAILABILITY OR UNINTERRUPTED STREAMING PERFORMANCE OF EMBEDDED YOUTUBE PLAYERS.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANINARA OR THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
