1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to KordiCam. By downloading, installing, or using KordiCam, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. License to Use the App
You are granted a personal, free, non-exclusive license to install and use KordiCam on your devices to capture photos, stamp GPS and weather metadata, and organize your pictures for personal, work, field survey, or travel use.
General rules of use:

Do Not Decompile
Do not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the application structure.

Do Not Abuse Services
Do not send automated bulk queries to overload third-party map or weather servers.

Respect Privacy
Respect applicable privacy and photography laws when taking photos of others.
3. You Own 100% of Your Content
You retain 100% complete intellectual property ownership over all photographs, metadata overlays, custom project titles, and custom graphics created using KordiCam. No rights, license, or ownership are claimed over your photos.
4. Third-Party Data Credits
KordiCam incorporates mapping imagery and weather data provided by external service providers under their respective terms:

Satellite hybrid map tile imagery is provided via MapTiler Cloud Services © MapTiler.
5. Real-World Sensor & GPS Disclaimers
GPS positioning, altitude, compass bearing, and weather metrics depend on your device sensors, satellite visibility, physical environment, and network connectivity.
KordiCam is designed for photography, field survey records, and personal photo organization. It is not certified as a primary navigation tool for emergency, aviation, or life-critical situations.
6. Limitation of Liability
KordiCam is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. KordiCam cannot be held legally responsible for unexpected app crashes, phone data loss, GPS inaccuracies, or third-party map and weather service interruptions.
